Work Experience

Meredith has provided therapy to individuals, couples, and families in her private practice.  She has worked in a variety of settings including the Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt, Pershing Turner Centers, and the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center before opening her practice in 2012.  At these sites she provided individual, couples, family, and group therapy to men and women from a variety of cultural backgrounds struggling with the effects of trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, or depression. She  particularly enjoys working with clients hoping to change hurtful and unfulfilling relationship patterns, manage the effects of depression and anxiety, confront new stages in life, cope with grief and loss, and identify career interests.
